1. Returns

Due to the nature of textile and fabric products, returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging.
• Products that have been cut, stitched, altered, or customized cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Cut fabrics or customized fabric orders.
• Used, washed, or damaged products caused by the customer.
• Clearance sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the package received

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you for bank account details to process the refund.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
